The common position is that at this moment, the most important thing is to find solutions that are optimal for the future of B&amp;H and that the new and very difficult situation should not be used in a known way, that is to put party calculations and personal interests before the state interests.
Also, it was concluded that media placement and giving offers for joint signing of individual statements, without previous inter-party meetings and detailed talks, are not a productive and expected approach.
Nevertheless, the bodies of these two parties will discuss the offered Statement published by the SDA yesterday. The SDP has already announced that it will give its official statement at its Main Board, which is being held on Saturday, and SBB will do the same on Monday, after the Collegium of Presidents.
SDP and SBB will continue to advocate the already known political and legal positions regarding the amendments to the Election Law in meetings with representatives of the international community and, most importantly, in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is now in a situation where certain elected representatives paralyze the work of the state institutions, which is not in line with the oath taken, and politicians who do not focus on real challenges, in the long run, will not have support, said today in his address to the MPs in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina the High Representative of the International Community in B&amp;H Christian Schmidt.

He said he intended to address lawmakers after 100 days of his term, which began on August 1 and is now about that time. He believed that he would speak in a more positive light, but everyone is aware of the situation in which B&amp;H now has found itself.

- I assure you that the international community is involved in all this, but today I will not speculate on any decisions - said Schmidt, adding that there was no constructive dialogue in the parliament during this term, and the number of the passed laws has been minimal.
B&amp;H is now in a situation where institutions are paralyzed, says Schmidt, too much is questionable, although we know exactly what problems need to be solved for future generations, to move closer to the European Union and ensure a better future.
He says that the representatives from the entity of Republic of Srpska are bothered by the imposed amendment to the Criminal Code, which prohibits the denial of genocide and glorification of war criminals, but it applies to all victims, and at the same time they refuse to work in the institutions where laws are passed.
He, therefore, called on them to return to the institutions because that is the way responsible politicians behave, and in that way B&amp;H's path to the European Union would continue, saying that giving up the reforms achieved in the last 26 years is "playing politics over the interests of the citizens". 
He condemned the fact that the National Assembly of Republic of Srpska adopted a law establishing an entity medicines agency, asking them what kind of policy is that to dismantle an agency that works on protecting people's health.
- I do not underestimate the situation, I monitor it very carefully. I call on everyone to think about whether they want safe pharmacology and to give up trying to dismantle state institutions that, among other things, have brought the citizens of B&amp;H a visa-free regime and many other benefits - Schmidt added.
This unilateral regression, he reiterated, will jeopardize the country's European path, but also economic progress, and he asked who was willing to go in that direction, adding that the international community will not look at it idly standing by, and the citizens certainly do not want that.
Schmidt requested an address at the House of Representatives session to discuss the current political situation and growing political tensions and to present his views and priorities for the future.

Spain’s Constitutional Court ruled on Wednesday that part of the state of alarm that lasted from last November to May to fight COVID-19 was unconstitutional.

NATO continues to support the authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina in their efforts to achieve greater stability and security, stated the NATO headquarters in Sarajevo after a visit by the HQ Commander, Brigadier General Eric Folkestad to Doboj.

Support in civilian emergencies and arms control are just two areas in which NATO continues to support the B&amp;H authorities in the interest of greater security of citizens, Folkestad stressed today during his two-day visit.
Brigadier General Folkestad visited the Technical Workshop for Ammunition Repair and Destruction (TROM) Doboj and thanked the people who have a responsible and difficult task important for public safety, and include testing and destruction of old, often corroded and unstable ammunition.

As we find out, the criminal complaint was filed due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that Mehmedagić and others, as an organized group, committed criminal offenses of abuse of office, negligent work in the service, disclosure of classified information, receiving gifts and other benefits for trading in influence from the Criminal Code of B&amp;H.
The report was filed due to the "Recording" affair and audio recordings of Osman Mehmedagić and Chief State Prosecutor Gordana Tadić, published by the "Avaz" portal on September 17 and 18, and the recording was submitted by ISA employees.

According to the information that "Avaz" has, some members of the SC MUP and SIPA have already been in the Prosecutor's Office in the past two days at the invitation of the acting prosecutor Bojana Jolović, who also formed the case. They submitted new evidence along with a criminal report with the aim of proving that they were unjustifiably left without security checks and ended up on the street.
The report proposes that the mentioned audio recordings be listened to and that the authorities hear for themselves that the conversation unequivocally and "confirmed by his own confession that ISA Director Osman Mehmedagić established a group of people within B&amp;H institutions, including the reported Muriz Druškić, former an ISA employee and now a member of the Security Verification Complaints Commission, which uses blackmail, threats, packaging and other illegal activities using and abusing ISA resources. "

- In such an illegal way, several employees of B&amp;H institutions lost their jobs - the Ministry of Security of B&amp;H, MUP of Sarajevo Canton, SIPA, DKPT, MUP of Republic of Srpska, KPZ Sarajevo, Indirect Taxation Authority and others , including high - ranking police officers Emir Efendić, Elvir Bajrić, Safet Gagula, Senad Muslim, Fikret Ibrica, Mirnes Hodžić, Nermin Džafić, Salko Zeković, Edib Termiz, Amer Softić, Emir Korjenić, Bakir Dautbašić and others.
