- So, these are unannounced protests. The competent organizational unit will carry out checks and determine, if necessary, whether there are grounds for misdemeanor liability. We (MUP SC Op. cit.) have not received an official announcement at any time, with the proviso that we need to check it further, that nothing has been announced in the meantime. However, within this period of five days, ie a minimum of 48 hours in exceptional cases, there was no announcement within that period - Hadžiabdić specified.
According to him, the police ensure a peaceful gathering, but he underlined that the organizer is not known at this moment.
- We will carry out checks to see who the organizers are and take measures and actions to determine possible violations of the provisions of the Law on Public Assemblies of Sarajevo Canton - concluded Hadžiabdić.

Prosecutor Pašić stated that the message was found in the form of a photograph because the accused deleted the contents from their mobile phones in order to cover up the criminal acts.
Pašić emphasized Novalić's responsibility as the leader of a criminal group because Hodžić asked him to annex an agreement before embarking on further procurement of medical devices. He also presented further communication between the intermediaries for the procurement of ventilators from Rijeka, Croatia and Montenegro.
A number of documents were also presented by which the Prosecutor wants to prove that the ventilators were procured at a far higher price than the real one.
Namely, Novalić and the others bought ventilators at a price of 39,000 euros per piece, and the same intermediaries initially paid a price of 19,500 euros for the same devices, and one invoice amounted to 11,000 dollars. It was therefore based on Pašić's evidence of the amount of 200 ventilators that were paid twice less than the 100 that Hodžić procured.
Pašić presented both the singed contract and the annex to that contract between the company "Shanghai ChangQi Medical technology center", "BTL" and "Srebrena malina" for the purchase of 100 ventilators, as well as the communication between Kristijan Marić from the company "Exotrade" from Rijeka where was this contract.

The message that Marić sent to Hodžić was also shown: "Can at least Fadil sign this letter and make us an invoice?"
Hodžić answers: "I'm waiting for Fadil to come to the office and sign it, he will be here soon."
Pašić said that in proving the claim that Hodžić could not sign the annex to the contract before Novalić and Solak knew about it, and he also showed the correspondence between Hodžić and Kristijan Marić regarding the contract and the need for Novalić to sign a letter of intent dated April 14th. A letter of intent regarding the purchase of the ACM812A ventilators was also presented, stating, among other things, that the purchase had the full support of the B&amp;H Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations and the FB&amp;H Government.
Pašić also presented the pro-forma invoices, stating that he would prove with the expert's findings that it was a fake pro-forma invoice, and at the end of today's hearing he showed examples of contracts for the purchase of ACM812A ventilators to prove that the price for ACM812A ventilators was multiplied.
He also presented the contract between "BTL" and "Exotrade" from March 28th on the purchase of 200 ventilators for 3.9 million euros, "BTL" and Belgrade's Sinofarm on the purchase of 200 ventilators for five million euros, and a contract from March 30th, between "BTL" and "Exotrade" on the purchase of 100 ventilators for 2.2 million euros, as well as a contract between "Exotrade" and a Chinese company for 200 ventilators at a price of 2.38 million dollars.

Yesterday, the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina asked the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to extend the custody of the arrested Denis Prcić, the founder and owner of the American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina (AUB&amp;H). Prcić was arrested on June 18th and is in custody in Vojkovići.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is requesting that his detention be extended for another two months, based on new evidence obtained during the investigation. Prcić is suspected of facilitating the illegal acquisition of a diploma by Osman Mehmedagić, director of the B&amp;H Intelligence and Security Agency (ISA).
We learn that the well-founded suspicion is even greater, because in the servers of the American University in B&amp;H, which were hidden in a vacation home in Semizovac, no evidence was found that Mehmedagić was ever a student of this higher education institution. This is about the diploma that he handed over to the ISA Supervisory Commission in order to get a second term.
In the Prosecution's evidence, after the expertise of the found servers, on which the complete student information system is stored, with all the data on students, professors and locations where students live, does not contain Mehmedagić's name at all.

- Among slightly more than 20 students of the Faculty of Law, the name of Osman Mehmedagić is not in the information system of the American University in B&amp;H - it is stated in the information that was forwarded to the Court of B&amp;H.
In addition, the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H extended the investigation in the "Diploma" affair, because there is a high degree of reasonable suspicion that other diplomas of the American University in B&amp;H, which are used by employees in B&amp;H institutions, are forged.
According to the information that „Avaz“ has, one of the forged diplomas was identified as a diploma from the American School of Public Administration, which is in the possession of Amina Pekić, otherwise the sister of Mehmedagić's close associate Muhamed Pekić. The prosecution has obtained information that there is no evidence of graduation in Pekić's personal file, but Bisera Turković and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) have been obstructing the investigation for a month.
Prosecutors believe that Pekić, with a forged diploma, is working in the B&amp;H diplomatic mission in Brussels with NATO, as an employee of the MFA of B&amp;H.

The Prosecution considers that the use of a forged diploma in such an important place is "a grave shame for B&amp;H and a huge damage to B&amp;H's reputation in the world."
However, it is indicative that the B&amp;H Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Bisera Turković have been refusing to submit Pekić's personal file in the form of information and photocopies for months. They turned a deaf ear to the act of the Prosecutor's Office on June 25th this year and do not want to submit the requested information.

When it comes to the personal file of Mehmedagić, which was taken from the premises of the ISA last week by the order of the Court of B&amp;H, it was determined that he does not have a diploma from the American University. Upon inspection of the file, it was established that this diploma was never put into file.
It is also shocking that Mehmedagić, when filling out the security questionnaire, did not state that he had any other diploma of higher education, except for the diploma of the Faculty of Business Studies in Banja Luka, which was annulled in 2019.

A few days ago, the Rector of the University of Sarajevo received documentation from Zagreb stating that there is no documentation in this institution on the basis of which the credibility of the student's transcript and the certificate of passed of Sebija Izetbegović, the general director of KCUS, at this institution, "Avaz" exclusively finds out.
Rifat Škrijelj, the rector of UNSA, decided to ask the Faculty of Medicine in Zagreb for this information in order to confirm the credibility of the student's transcript submitted to the media by the Faculty of Medicine in Sarajevo, to prove that Izetbegović was a student and passed the exams.

As data was incoplete, answers were requested from Zagreb, which came to B&amp;H institutions at the end of last week.
- By inspecting the archives of the Medical Faculty of the University of Zagreb, we found that Sebija Izetbegović, born on April 6th, 1960 in Titograd, Republic of Montenegro was enrolled in the first year of postgraduate study of Ultrasound and clinical medicine in the academic year 1992/1993 under registration number student 4690114. There is no documentation in the named file on the basis of which we could confirm the authenticity of the student's transcript and issue a certificate of passed exams listed in the student's booklet - it is stated in the answer of the Dean of the Medical Faculty in Zagreb Marijan Klarica.
In this way, Sebija's master's degree and doctorate are also called into question.

The founder of the University, Denis Prcić, is in custody, and today Osman Mehmedagić was arrested on the order of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H, which is investigating him in the "Diploma" affair, but he is also suspected of money laundering when buying two houses in Sarajevo.

Denis Prcić, as they say, is demanding the annulment of his American citizenship because there are four court cases against Prcić: racketeering students, fraud with the National Security Academy, work without a permit in Sarajevo Canton, and students are wondering who covered that all these years, as well as the unauthorized issuance of a diploma to Osman Mehmedagić.
- How did that diploma, when none of it was handed out, ended up in the hands of Osman Mehmedagić - Karušić asked.

Students in Sarajevo, as they say, went to classes in the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies, in the former premises of TV Pink, High School of Mechanical Engineering.
- Prcić is also being tried in a court in New York for domestic violence against his ex-wife, and he is also being tried in B&amp;H for violence against another woman. Such a person did not deserve to be called an American citizen - said Jasmin Memić, a student at the American University in Tuzla.
He added that Prcić had political protection.
- The parents of the students, as well as the students, feared Denis Prcić - Memić pointed out.

The interrogation of the director of the Intelligence and Security Agency (ISA), Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, is still going on in the premises of the Ministry of the Interior of the Sarajevo Canton (MUP SC), our journalists from the scene reported.

A few minutes ago, Osmica's lawyer Nermin Mulalić left the premises of the SC MUP, who went to Mehmedagić's residential address with the inspectors of the SC MUP and a construction expert.

Osmica's wife Amela Šehović is present during the search, while the arrested director of ISA will be transported to the detention room of the SC MUP after the criminal investigation.
