On this day, December 14th, 1995, the Dayton Peace Agreement was signed in Paris, which, according to the arrangement made on November 21st of the same year in Dayton (USA), officially ended the four-year war in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The main actors in the peace negotiations were also the signatories of the Dayton Agreement - the President of the Republic of B&amp;H Alija Izetbegović, the President of Croatia Franjo Tuđman and the President of Serbia Slobodan Milošević.
Twenty-five years ago, they have signed a document at the Élysée Palace in Paris, which ended almost four years of bloodshed and destruction in B&amp;H and creating space for a long and demanding process of reconstruction and reconciliation.
The signing was also attended by the then chief mediator of the USA, Richard Holbrooke, the creator of the Dayton Agreement, and General Wesley Clark.
The agreement was initialed a month earlier at the Wright-Peterson military air base in the American town of Dayton, after three weeks of negotiations between the leaders of B&amp;H, Serbia and Croatia.
B&amp;H legal expert of the delegation in Dayton, Kasim Trnka told "Avaz" yesterday that it was interesting what the reactions of the officials were on the occasion of the 25th anniversary.
- One dominant fact is noticed here, and that is that Dayton brought peace, but that it is not a roof, but rather a foundation to move forward. Most participants in the anniversary celebrations, from Bill Clinton onwards, supported this thesis. Only, as far as we have seen, the Russian ambassador to B&amp;H said that Dayton is good and nothing should be touched there - says Trnka.

Given that most of our leaders have stated that they want to lead B&amp;H to the European Union, Trnka says that it is logical then to implement the verdicts, from Sejdić and Finci to Pudarić.
- In addition, the EU gives completely clear guidelines in which direction constitutional changes must go. Only after that, we should build the Election Law and other relations in B&amp;H. I think that the need for upgrading Dayton, moving towards the Brussels phase, prevails in all comments - Trnka points out.

The US State Department's special envoy for the Balkans and US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Matthew Palmer addressed in video message on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Dayton Agreement.
- While marking this milestone, the United States is mostly focused on the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the next 25 years - said Palmer.

Germany is unlikely to lift its coronavirus lockdown early next year, a top aide to Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Monday, signalling Europe’s biggest economy will have to contend with the crippling restrictions well into the winter months.&nbsp;Merkel and German state leaders agreed to shut most stores from Wednesday until Jan. 10 to reverse a tide of COVID-19 infections that lighter restrictions introduced last month had failed to tame.

The Robert Koch Institute (RKI) for infectious diseases reported more than 16,000 new cases and 188 deaths on Monday, almost half the daily infections reported late last week. But the drop could be linked to fewer tests being carried out and less data being transferred to the RKI during the weekend.
Economy Minister Peter Altmaier said the decision to shutter most aspects of social and economic life was necessary to bring the pandemic under control and prevent a recession next year.
Germany is forecast to suffer its worst recession since World War Two this year, and Altmaier said the longer the lockdown the bigger the economic fallout.

The Netherlands is set to announce strict anti-coronavirus measures ahead of Christmas including possibly closing all non-essential shops, theatres, museums and amusement parks, reports said Monday.
Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte will speak to the nation at 7:00 pm (1800 GMT) as the number of infections continues to rocket and the death toll passed 10,000 over the weekend.
The change of venue from a usual press conference room to Rutte's office is significant as it is usually only used when the Dutch premier makes a major announcement.
Rutte also postponed a planned meeting Monday with Belgian counterpart Alexander De Croo "in connection with recent developments around Covid-19".
Parliamentary leaders of all Dutch political parties were to meet at Rutte's ministry later on Monday. 
The expected tightening of measures follow a cabinet crisis meeting Sunday to discuss rapidly-rising figures with almost 10,000 new infections reported on the same day.
-Exactly what the more stringent measures will be is not yet known, but there are many indications that non-essential stores will have to close for a while- the NOS public broadcaster said.

German biotech firm CureVac announced Monday the start of final phase clinical trials for its coronavirus vaccine before seeking approval from regulators.
The company said more than 35,000 people would take part in the tests in Europe and South America.
-The first volunteer has been recruited- CureVac said in a statement.
Germany is battling an explosion of new coronavirus infections and is imposing a partial lockdown from Wednesday.
CureVac follows Germany's BioNTech which has already gained approval in the United States, Britain and Canada for its vaccine developed with US pharma giant Pfizer.
Both vaccines use a new technology based on mRNA. The process entails injecting a short sequence of viral genetic material to trigger an immune response by producing proteins acting against the virus.
CureVac launched second phases trials at the end of September with 690 volunteers in Peru and Panama. Results are expected to be published soon.
But Swiss pharma company Novartis on Monday reported that phase three trials with its drug ruxolitinib had failed to show improvement when treating severe Covid-19 patients.
The drug, sold under the brand names Jakafi and Jakavi, is used to treat myelofibrosis.
The European Union has earmarked 225 million doses of CureVac's candidate with an option for 180 million more if it wins regulatory approval.
The company listed on the New York-based Nasdaq stock exchange this year and $150 million of the funds raised is pledged to develop the vaccine.
CureVac also made headlines in March with reports that President Donald Trump had sought to secure exclusive rights for the United States to its potential vaccine.
Both the company and US officials denied the claim, but the reports sparked outrage in Berlin and prompted Economy Minister Peter Altmaier to declare "Germany is not for sale."

Canada will begin a roll-out of the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine on Monday, just days after becoming one of the first countries to approve the treatment.

Several non-governmental organizations in Europe can be considered as an extension of the terrorist organization "Muslim Brotherhood", and one of them also operates in B&amp;H, according to an extensive research by a reputable, non-partisan and non-governmental organization based in Bratislava, GLOBSEC. Although there is no formal evidence that it is part of the "Muslim Brotherhood", the research concludes that the established ties cannot be "unintentional and accidental" and that they are apparently groups inspired by an organization founded in Egypt.

- One umbrella organization from B&amp;H, more precisely the Association for Culture, Education and Sports (ACES) is listed as a "friendly and partner resource". According to their website, ACES is a non-partisan, non-governmental and non-profit organization funded by donor contributions, membership fees and economic activities. A review of a server registered in the United States for this website revealed that most of the 3,400 visitors to the site daily (84.5 percent) come from B&amp;H, while the rest come from abroad, which indirectly implies a foreign "Internet interest" in the organization – it is stated in the research.
It is added that ACES serves as an umbrella organization for five associations throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- "Svitanje" in Sarajevo, "Izvor Selsebil" in Živinice, "Put znanja" in Zenica, "Vatan" in Bosanska Krupa and "ACES Most" in Sanski Most. The organization focuses on educating young people, mainly diverting attention from negative influences that "lead to moral ruin, loss of true human values, enjoyment of drugs, alcohol, debauchery and other forms of destructive and dangerous behavior." It is interesting that on its page, ACES also emphasizes who cannot be a member of the organization, ie persons convicted of crimes against security or basic human rights, persons who have been disciplined or expelled from other associations and persons who violate the unity of the association - it was explained.
According to GLOBSEC analysts, ACES is also linked to the non-governmental organization "Association for Culture and Education" (ACE), which operated in Kosovo as an organization with suspicions of links to the "Muslim Brotherhood".

- In 2014, the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo closed ACE as one of 64 "suspicious organizations". According to news from 2014, the Priština-based organization was close to the "Muslim Brotherhood" in Egypt and also enjoyed the support of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan through TIKA - it was emphasized.
It is added that in 2013 he published an article on the ACES website entitled "Muslim Brotherhood Movement - Origins, Actions and Reflections on Bosnia and Herzegovina", which is part of Mustafa Prljača's master's thesis and book on the "Muslim Brotherhood" movement and its influence on B&amp;H and Bosniaks.
- In addition, the Assembly of the Forum of European Muslim Youth and Student Organizations (FEMYSO) was held in 2018 in Sarajevo, hosted by ACES, and in 2019 two members of this NGO were delegates in the Assembly of FEMYSO, another organization associated with "Muslim Brotherhood." Despite ACES publications, all interviewed experts stated that they were not aware of the presence of the "Muslim Brotherhood" as an organized movement in the country - it was concluded.

- They can be divided into four categories: history and development of the "Muslim Brotherhood", events in Egypt, interviews or reports on individuals associated with the "Muslim Brotherhood" and its influence in B&amp;H. The second category of articles focuses on political events in Egypt. The third group of articles consists of translated lectures and comments from people like Tariq Ramadan and El-Karadavi - it was pointed out.

At yesterday's emergency session, the Central Election Commission (CEC) of B&amp;H rejected the proposal of member Suad Arnautović to include in the agenda the statement on counting 2,122 envelopes with ballots, which arrived by mail from abroad and are in the CEC warehouse.

Arnautović explained that these envelopes were delayed in B&amp;H not because of a mistake by the CEC or the DCM and the B&amp;H Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but because of the difficult transfer from abroad to our country, which was caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
Commenting on the decision, Srebrenica mayoral candidate Alija Tabaković recalled that people had duly registered to vote.
- The CEC had to keep in mind the current situation, by their mistake people did not receive the voting material on time. The last contingent of mail from Sarajevo to the United States was sent on October 26th, which is 25 days before the elections, although it is a legal obligation to do so 45 days before - Tabaković explained and reiterated the position that the elections in Srebrenica must be repeated.
He added that, according to his information, the last shipment of materials went abroad on November 5th, 10 days before the election.
- Theoretically, there is no chance that such a ballot will go abroad and return on time. We will wait for the final decision of the CEC on the issue of Srebrenica, we will not give up. We have information that out of 1,600 envelopes with the votes of Bosniaks, only 800 arrived on time. In the end, that determines the final winner - Tabaković emphasized.

He points out that the CEC should keep in mind that voters are not to blame.
- The one who is guilty should accept responsibility, and in this case the greatest responsibility is borne by the CEC. They did not send the election material on time. We have information, for example, that the last contingent of election material for the United States was sent on October 26th, after that it stood at the Sarajevo airport for ten days, and the shipment arrived at its destination 15 days after the election - Tabaković said.

At a press conference, the president of the HJPC, Milan Tegeltija, announced that he would resign from this position. This is the result of several months of pressure that reached its peak with the "Horseshoe 2" affair, that is a video in which Tegeltija allegedly promised his colleague from the Council Milijana Buha a job as a judge in the District Court in Banja Luka for her sister Sanja Čegar, after which the highest international B&amp;H officials openly demanded his resignation.

Although the President of the HJPC has always claimed that this is a montage, directly backed by OSA, the outgoing President of the HJPC himself has, in the opinion of the international community, given enough reason to bring himself into this position.
In addition, Tegeltija was objected to the first, no less compromising video, which concerns bribery, and there are accusations of political appointments of judges and prosecutors, then his constant emphasis that he represents Republic of Srpska, private behavior that does not befit a holder of such office, etc. But even if we leave Tegeltija's character aside, the public must be aware that illegal recording, monitoring, sending threatening messages, which he, as he testified, has been a victim of in recent months, is inadmissible.
Another, very important question that should be asked is that, if the already mentioned accusations are a sufficient reason for him to resign, then what about the cases when a high official is under investigation or is officially accused of performing his function outside the law, that is without a proper education, and uses the resources of the intelligence service for a brutal confrontation with individuals, political rivals of the SDA, or participates in the illegal appointment of personnel?

Of course, in this particular case, it is about Osman Mehmedagić, the director of the Intelligence and Security Agency, who, as he says, has completely put himself in the service of his political patron Bakir Izetbegović, the president of the SDA, and his showdown with political opponents.
But, unlike Tegeltija, the lack of a diploma and the collection of an already confirmed and expected indictment against Mehmedagić (and his patrons) is not a sufficient motive to save at least the remaining gram of honor, first to himself, then to the institution he leads, and above all to the state of B&amp;H, and resigns. And, unlike Tegeltija, Mehmedagić does not tolerate even some of the pressures and demands for withdrawal to which the President of the HJPC was exposed. Some portals published unofficial information yesterday that Izetbegović, from international circles, was told that there was no reason to insist on the reappointment of the current head of the Intelligence Service.

<h2>Preserve the integrity of institutions</h2>

Of course, many believe that it is not questionable that Tegeltija gave enough reasons not to be the head of this institution anymore, which is confirmed by the relevant international institutions. But, if we adhere to European standards and preserve the integrity of state institutions, then we must also act politically just in other cases, where the situation, at least when the accusations of illegality are in question, is much cleaner.&nbsp;

Bosnia and Herzegovina was able to struggle in the war but it is harder to fight the COVID-19 pandemic today, said a deputy director of a hospital in the capital Sarajevo, referring to the 1992-1995 Bosnian War.
Turkey's premier news outlet Anadolu Agency visited Dr. Abdulah Nakas Hospital in Sarajevo to witness the laborious struggle of doctors and other health care professionals against the pandemic.
Anadolu Agency's team visited the medical staff in the COVID-19 department of the hospital and observed the strict measures and treatment processes of patients on-site.
Health care professionals in the hospital are treating nearly 100 patients while also providing them with psychological support.

Dr. Ismet Gavrankapetanovic, the deputy director of the hospital which is one of the largest in Bosnia, said there is fear and panic in the city due to the outbreak.

"We are also afraid. After all, none of us is a superhero," said Gavrankapetanovic, adding that they are trying to keep calm.&nbsp;Recalling that he worked as a doctor during the Bosnian War in 1992-1995, Gavrankapetanovic said they were able to prepare for war at the time but today it is hard to prepare for an invisible enemy.&nbsp;"This time, the situation is very different. We are fighting against an invisible enemy. There is no rule in this war and we are all in danger," he said.
While the tough fight against the novel coronavirus continues in the country, the devoted work of the health care personnel at the forefront is also appreciated.&nbsp;Ednan Drljevic, a specialist of infectious diseases and also responsible for the COVID-19 department of the hospital, said they are trying to help patients both physically and psychologically.
"Physiotherapists visit patients every day and help them do breathing exercises," Drjevoc stated.
- At least as many vaccines should be provided as the population of the country because each person requires two doses of vaccine. This will be enough for [only] half the population. Zoran Gulin, a 72-year-old COVID-19 patient, has been under treatment in the hospital for 14 days.

Gulin said she had only a high fever for the first 10 days.&nbsp;- My condition got worse. When I was taken to the hospital, I learned that I had pneumonia due to COVID-19. Thanks to the response of the doctors here, I was saved - said Gulin.
Most of the patients receiving treatment in the hospital are over the age of 50 and the patients between the ages of 50 and 65 are at most risk.
According to the Health Ministry of Bosnia, as many as 99,543 people have been infected, while 3,250 have died of the virus that first emerged in China last December.

Speaking at the festival, and as Radio Sarajevo reports, Elmedin Konaković, unchallenged, mentioned that SBB and DF cannot be an alternative to SDA. Such an attitude deserves a reaction.
Namely, it is clear that it is unrealistic to expect that Konaković will blame the SDA for 25 years of bad government, because he was its MP, head of the club and prime minister for a total period of more than a decade. He was invented and created by the SDA.
However, it is obvious that Konaković wants, through a forced polemic with SBB or DF, to transparently help the ruling party and the Izetbegović's, in a way that diverts the public's attention from the big scandals that are happening there.

NIP without any results&nbsp;

The NiP has not shown any results in a year of government in Sarajevo Canton.

But let's start over.&nbsp; 
Konaković said in a festival interview that the NiP is an anti-fascist party of civic orientation. This would mean that the United States has no idea when writing its Reports. I will remind Konaković that he has just been marked by the State Department to publicly praise the follower of Adolf Hitler.

Konaković also says that NiP has a dream and that is a civil state. For NiP, it means civil because citizens live in it, and not civil according to the organization, because what the NiP publicly shows is far from that. People who practice Islam very radically are precisely part of the structure of the People and Justice and Konaković's close friends and associates. They don't even hide it by painting extensively with the greeting of the so-called Islamic states.&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Konaković then looks back on the political false alternatives of the SDA. He mentions SBB and DF. When it comes to alternatives, then the radicalized NiP, like Konaković, can never be an alternative to the SDA because Konaković is a staff member of the SDA. On the other hand, the only real alternatives to the SDA are SBB together with SDP and Naša stranka, and here is why. The SDA became attached to the Islamic Community, and Konaković gave the budget money to Effendi Išerić and Zukorlić. There is no alternative because it is the same story.
Anti-civilization behavior towards citizens belonging to the LGBT population is also part of the agenda of both the SDA and Konaković and his NiP. I supported the pride parade and was at it, but I did not see the raiders from the SDA and NiP because for them these citizens are not important, they do not exist, and their human rights are not important. And in addition to not being present, SDA and NiP members further shocked the public with their statements further brutally denying the human rights of the LGBT population.

Konaković, who failed in the real sector or destroyed KK Bosna, did nothing in three years while he was the Prime Minister of the Sarajevo Canton, everything can be, except alternatives to the bad government in which he was one of the main heroes.&nbsp;

I did not advertise about the last elections, but now I want to say this as well. According to the well-established matrix in the polling stations, my votes were brutally stolen by NiP and SDA members. It is visible to the naked eye and is a job for the judiciary and the police.&nbsp; The most brutal insults during the campaign to me as a woman, a candidate, a mother came from members of Konaković's NiP and SDA. I would say „the same school“. I answered some with a question why they were doing it, and then they apologized to me saying that the members of the NiP, the Wahhabis, begged me to halal them because I told them that they had sinned and that they were hypocrites. Some of them even explained to me that they were engaged in the task of securing Konaković and a companion from that party.

The NiP of course did not respond to the insults. They were silent like mice, closing both their eyes and ears and planning election theft.&nbsp; 
Finally, Konaković showed that he personally and his party are not and cannot be an alternative to anything, not even the SDA, when he attacked our top athlete, NBA star, Jusuf Nurkić. Thanks to Jusuf for the nickname he gave to the head of the People and Justice - Dinocchio. The festival address confirmed this in its entirety because Dinocchio said so much illogicality that not only did his cheap spins fail but by spinning nonsense he further ruined himself. But from the person created by the SDA, created and shaped by the SDA what else to expect? We see his obvious limited political capacity these days when he fails to form the Canton Sarajevo Government. For days, he lied to the citizens that SBB was allegedly obstructing him in that. Dinocchio, who is obstructing you now? You should explain that to the citizens.

The Head of the European Union Delegation to B&amp;H, <a href="https://avaz.ba/tag/68075/johann-sattler">Johann Sattler</a>, commented yesterday in Mostar on Milan Tegeltija's decision to resign as President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of B&amp;H.&nbsp; - I would welcome that move, as the right answer and, I would say, in these circumstances the only possible answer. At the same time, this is an important opportunity for the HJPC to turn a new leaf in its work. We need even more such positive moves, including those we have been insisting on for a long time, concerning amendments to the HJPC Law that will enable checks on the integrity of judicial office holders - Sattler said, adding that citizens express dissatisfaction with the work of the judiciary.
Yesterday in Mostar, Satler handed over a PCR device with accompanying equipment donated by the EU to the management of the University Clinical Hospital (UCH), after which he met with members of the Election Commission of the City of Mostar and then talked to representatives of youth organizations.
He emphasized that the elections in Mostar are an opportunity to turn a new page and a new chapter in that city.
- The elections that will be held in Mostar on December 20th, after 12 years, are great news for all Mostar residents who will have the opportunity to decide who will lead this city and I use the opportunity to invite citizens to come out in large numbers to the polls, he said.

As for my and Dodik's false political connections, let Metiljević publicly answer how and why Bakir Izetbegović personally in the House of Peoples of PAB&amp;H, based on a secret agreement with Dodik, crucially helped the SDA votes in the RS Assembly to elect Dušanka Majkić.
Thus, the SNSD gained four of the five Serb delegates in the state House of Peoples, and Dodik absolute control over the legislative power of the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina (without the consent of the House of Peoples, previous decisions of the House of Representatives of PAB&amp;H cannot pass).
A message to Metiljević's political mentors: go ahead, gentlemen - you are lying about us, we are telling you the truth! - wrote Radončić.

After the statement of the leader of the „Platforma za progres“, Mirsad Hadžikadić, within the campaign for the local elections in Mostar and the abuse of religious institutions, in which the magazine "Stav" was mentioned, its editor-in-chief <a href="https://avaz.ba/tag/5066/filip-mursel-begovic">Filip Mursel Begović</a>reacted on Facebook.
- Considering Mirsad Hadžikadić's public announcements that political propaganda was carried out in mosques in Mostar through the weekly newspaper „Stav“, I invite him to give an interview in the next issue of „Stav“. One of the questions I would ask him as the editor-in-chief would certainly be the circumstances under which he tried to conduct a political campaign in American mosques in the past - says Begović.
Since forming his party, Mirsad Hadžikadić has given a series of political appearances at Islamic Community facilities in the United States, promising organizers that it would be professorial and non-political lectures, Hadžikadić said.

- These gatherings, alleged lectures, turned into political speeches, after which the leaflets or pamphlets of the „Platforma za progres“ were distributed to those present. I wonder if this makes Mirsad Hadžikadić a hypocrite by civic and secular standards? Furthermore, does this make him a hypocrite according to the provisions of honorable Islam while in the harem of the Mostar mosque he devalues one media contribution to the patriotic forces that want a European Mostar? Also, the sermon of the respected Mufti Dedović was read in all mosques in Mostar, and in it the Mufti explicitly called for "voting according to conscience", and not for any coalition or party," he says.
After all, he sent the same message in the thematic issue of "Stav", which Hadžikadić publicly calls out or accuses, he adds, along with the mufti in "Stav", interviews, statements and columns were given by dozens of other Mostar citizens, prominent and recognized cultural, religious, economic sports and political life of the city on the Neretva.
Also, on this occasion, I would like to point out that in one of the texts in 'Stav' it was analytically determined that Mirsad Hadžikadić cannot achieve a result that would lead to winning council seats in Mostar, so that votes for his party can be immediately thrown down the Neretva river, none of them will benefit, but the pro-Bosnian parties gathered around the Koalicija za Mostar 2020 and BH blok Mostar will be harmed. Furthermore, we stated, this time from the point of view of morality, that the patriotic act of Mirsad Hadžikadić would be not to aggravate the position of Bosniaks in Mostar, not to aggravate the position of the list of the Koalicija za Mostar 2020 and the list of BH blok that have chances. His answer to 'Stav' has obviously come and is proportional to the amount of patriotism he nurtures - concluded Filip Mursel Begović.

Saudi Arabia's powerful Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has asked a US federal court to throw out a lawsuit which accused him of trying to have an ex-intelligence official assassinated.

Prince Mohammed's lawyer told the federal court in Washington that Saad Aljabri's suit filed in August did not provide evidence of the "hit squad" that he alleged the prince sent to kill him.

The filing Monday also said that, as designated heir to the Saudi throne, Prince Mohammed was protected by laws of sovereign immunity.

"This court lacks personal jurisdiction over the Crown Prince," it said.

"The complaint alleges an attempt to kill Aljabri in Canada, directed from Saudi Arabia. None of the scant allegations pertaining to the United States establishes the contacts between the Crown Prince, the United States, and Aljabri's legal claims."

Aljabri said Prince Mohammed sent a "hit squad" to Canada, where he lives in exile, to kill and dismember him in 2018, in the same way that journalist Jamal Khashoggi was murdered in Istanbul in October that year.

The murder sparked an international outcry and tarnished the reputation of the oil-rich kingdom and the crown prince.

Aljabri said that Prince Mohammed wants him dead because he is close to rival prince and former Saudi security chief Prince Mohammed bin Nayef, and because he has intimate information on Prince Mohammed that would sour the close relationship between Washington and Riyadh. 

Aljabri alleged that the prince's personal Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Abdulaziz Foundation, was used to plan and recruit participants, dubbed the Tiger Squad, inside the United States.

But the plot was allegedly detected and disrupted by Canadian police before they could act.

In four parallel filings earlier this week, the foundation and 11 Saudis named in the lawsuit likewise sought dismissal, citing the lack of evidence and jurisdiction.

Aljabri filed the case as a claim of attempted extrajudicial killing under the Torture Victim Protection Act, and asked for unspecified personal damages for "severe emotional distress," anxiety and hypertension, and other ailments, and punitive damages as well.

But the motions for dismissal rejected that.

"Aljabri is alive and, according to the complaint itself, has never been so much as touched. By its plain terms, the TVPA does not reach an attempt at an extrajudicial killing," it said.

It also faulted Aljabri for not pursuing the case in Canada or Saudi Arabia.

The prince's filing meanwhile accused Aljabri and his family of taking part in the misappropriation and theft of $11 billion meant for counterterrorism operations when Aljabri was a senior official at the Saudi Interior Ministry in 2001-2015.

"The flaws in this complaint are so apparent and run so deep that it can only be regarded as an attempt to divert attention from plaintiff's massive theft," it said.

"Plaintiff can say whatever he wants to the newspapers. But this case does not belong in federal court."

The initial ties of B&amp;H individuals with the Muslim Brotherhood date back to the 1940s, since the founding of the „Young Muslims“ organization, according to a comprehensive report by the Bratislava-based NGO GLOBSEC on the activities of the organization, which originated in Egypt in last century, and is estimated to continue to operate in a large number of countries around the world.

GLOBSEC is a world-famous international organization that annually organizes a security forum in which eminent experts and world leaders participate. GLOBSEC has teamed up with an anti-extremism project to focus on the activities of the "Muslim Brotherhood" in Central and Eastern Europe. The members of this organization are often called "Ihvaniyas", given that the Arabic name of that organization is "Ihwanu-l-Muslim", and they are better known in B&amp;H under that name. As a reminder, US Senator Ted Cruz recently said that he plans to return to the procedure a law that would declare the "Muslim Brotherhood" a foreign terrorist organization in the United States.
- The project will determine the infiltration of the "Muslim Brotherhood" in five countries, namely Poland, the Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Northern Macedonia - it is stated.
The conclusion of the research states that the interviewed experts point out that "they do not know that there is a 'Muslim Brotherhood' in B&amp;H as an organized movement, and that no traces of operations or financial flows have been discovered." Also, it is pointed out that this organization is not directly connected with radicalization or extremism or any political movement or party in B&amp;H.
Nevertheless, the GLOBSEC survey, which consulted domestic and foreign experts and analyzed the work of several organizations, cites several examples that are the subject of the survey and points out that "the saga of the presence of the 'Muslim Brotherhood' in B&amp;H continued by establishing the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) ”.

- After the death of Alija Izetbegović, his son Bakir took over the leadership of the party and since then he has also been associated with the "Muslim Brotherhood", although the connection with that organization is often denied, especially with regard to "Young Muslims", who only came in the beginning in contact with various individuals who were part of the Islamic awakening - it was pointed out, among other things, in the report.
It is added that in 2014, Bakir Izetbegović welcomed the delegation of the "Muslim Brotherhood" in the Presidency of B&amp;H.
- The articles also contained a picture of Bakir Izetbegović who uses the symbol "Rabia", the famous gesture of the "Muslim Brotherhood". There were no official records of this meeting on the B&amp;H Presidency website. However, this meeting is still a topic of discussion, and in 2016, the Serbian newspaper "Politika" published an article entitled "Bakir Izetbegović under the scrutiny of the American secret services". The article by "Politika" claims that Bakir Izetbegović's connections with the leaders of the "Muslim Brotherhood" were placed under the supervision of the American government, after the announcement that the United States considers the „Muslim Brotherhood“ a terrorist organization - it was explained.

According to GLOBSEC, after sentencing of Muhamed Morsi, Bakir Izetbegović issued an official presidential statement calling on Egypt to respect human rights and ensure that Morsi has a fair trial.

- In his statement, he said that Morsi was legally elected, but that he was then "overthrown by a military coup, then deprived of liberty and handed over to politically framed court proceedings aimed at brutal conflict with political rivals and those of different views, ending in their physical elimination. - it is pointed out.
However, as it is stated, those who were involved in minimizing the consequences of Izetbegović's meeting in 2014 with the representatives of the Egyptian "Muslim Brotherhood" claim that "this act was more a manifestation of ignorance than showing support for the" Muslim Brotherhood ". They state that Izetbegović made a mistake because he was "shaken by the tragedy".

Yesterday, the Director of the Intelligence and Security Agency (ISA), Osman Mehmedagić, was questioned as a suspect in the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H.
Mehmedagić, as well as the day before yesterday Selmo Cikotić, the Minister of Security of B&amp;H, gave a statement due to the "Security Permit" affair and embezzlement related to the appointment of members of the Commission for Second Instance Resolution of Security Checks for Police and Civil Servants.

The director of ISA came to this institution at 2 pm, in the company of his lawyer Nermin Mulalić. In addition to Mehmedagic, the suspected ISA officer Muriz Druškić was questioned yesterday. We remind you that the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H recently issued an order to conduct a new investigation against Mehmedagić, Minister of Security Cikotić and retired ISA officer Druškić, who is a current member of the Second Instance Commission of the Council of Ministers for handling complaints in security checks.
Mehmedagić, Cikotić and Druškić are suspected of the criminal offense of abuse of office or authority in connection with illegal appointment and participation in the work of the Commission, which resulted in the creation of general legal uncertainty for handling security clearance cases.

A new investigation order was officially launched after a criminal complaint was filed a month ago by some police and civil servants who were denied permission secretly, which left them without a job. Shortly afterwards, according to the order of the Prosecutor's Office, the inspections were started by SIPA, which interrogated Cikotić's assistant Mato Miletić at the Ministry of Security, and then the ball began to unravel.
Namely, it is suspected that the members of this commission, which are formally appointed by the Council of Ministers, were appointed outside the law and that the procedures and previous proposals were not followed.

According to the criminal report, Sanjin Prašović was originally proposed to the Council of Ministers as a member of the Commission, and he met the conditions for this position.
He was then nominated by Radončić, but after his resignation, Minister Bisera Turković decided last minute at the session of the Council of Ministers, to nominate Ismail Sarić, who was then appointed. The nomination of pensioner Druškić, who worked according to Mehmedagić's orders, is disputable.
