SC Assembly adopts a decision for procurement of Russian vaccines

The Service for Foreigners’ Affairs has undertaken operational activities aimed at controlling the movement and stay of migrants in the city of Bihać at four locations: Žegarsko polje, Debeljača, a location near the Cantonal Hospital and the Jedinstvo football stadium, where the migrants gathered and stayed in makeshift accommodation.
 
The Service for Foreigners’ Affairs stated that the inspectors of the Service found 255 migrants at the mentioned locations, mostly citizens of Pakistan and Afghanistan, and they were relocated, accommodated and taken care of in the temporary reception center Lipa.

Unfortunately, due to political circumstances, I had to leave Zagreb without passing four out of the 14 exams. Please allow me to take the remaining exams and write my master's thesis. "

This was written by Sebija Izetbegović, director of the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo (KCUS), on August 10th, 1994, in a request to the Council for Scientific Research and Postgraduate Studies in Sarajevo. Sebija enclosed a postgraduate student booklet with her request. However, there is no list of the ten certified exams she said she passed out of 14 exams.

Izetbegović "was a registered student of formal ultrasound postgraduate classes in Zagreb" nor that she took exams at her class.

- I remember that Sebija Izetbegović came to my ultrasound clinic for a short time as an observer. I have always taken education seriously and I was glad to share my knowledge and practical experience about new ultrasound techniques with all colleagues during education, including Dr. Izetbegović.
I don't remember Dr. Izetbegović was a registered student of formal ultrasound postgraduate classes, nor did she take an exam at my class. This is an easily verifiable fact, because the attendance of classes and practical work, which are a pre-condition for taking the exam, as well as the score achieved in the exam are recorded and easily verifiable at the Faculty of Medicine - said Kupešić.
Also, as Kupešić said, she does not remember that “Dr. Izetbegović independently or under supervision performed any examinations or did specialization, because she should have a permit from the Ministry of Health, in accordance with the Rulebook on specializations and narrower specializations ”.

- This information is certainly available and easily verifiable with the competent ministry. I also don't remember Dr. Izetbegović participated in the scientific research work of our team as an independent researcher or research associate, nor that she collected original data for the preparation of her master's degree or doctorate. This fact is easily verifiable because for each teaching project a letter is sent to the Ethical Trust of the hospital, which, in accordance with the Health Care Act, the Statute of the hospital and the Rules of Procedure of the Ethics Committee, approves scientific projects and dissertations - said Kupešić.

Kupešić says that the postgraduate studies were guided by the Ordinance on postgraduate professional studies at the Medical Faculty of the University of Zagreb.

Numerous controversies regarding Sebija's academic education are coming to light every day, primarily in Zagreb, which was emphasized yesterday in an interview for "Avaz" by academician Prof. dr. Asim Kurjak.

Kurjak made it clear that he had never been Sebija's mentor for her doctoral thesis, nor that she was a student and resident at the Medical Faculty in Zagreb, which she had claimed years earlier.
Although the media and internet bots close to Izetbegović family are trying in every way to "save" Sebija, the documents deny her allegations about what she did in Zagreb.

After she was exposed, the director of KCUS tried to repair the damage in an interview with N1 the day before yesterday, but she became even more entangled in her own web of lies, and a number of open questions remains as to where and when she passed the ten postgraduate exams.
- I did not do my specialization in Zagreb. Part of my stay in Zagreb was the proposal of Professor Šimić, that the time I was spending in Zagreb due to illness - whenever I feel good - I can spend it studying at the Clinic - said Izetbegović the day before yesterday, justifying that she did not specialize in Zagreb.
However, her official biography, which she personally typed in June 1996, states the opposite.

In August 1994, Sebija Izetbegović sent an application to the Council for Scientific Research and Postgraduate Studies of the Medical Faculty in Sarajevo for recognition of exams, ie to be allowed to take the remaining four exams out of a total of 14.
The content of that request puts a serious temptation before the police and judicial agencies in B&amp;H, and it pushes Sebija Izetbegović towards the investigation and the possible indictment and, finally, imprisonment.
Because the director of KCUS must explain where and at which faculty and clinic she passed ten postgraduate exams, who in Sarajevo enabled such exams to be recognized at the local Faculty of Medicine, and where is the student booklet she submitted with the application and which exams are in question.

The question is also where is the special booklet where the exercises are entered during the duration of schooling and how the then dean of the Medical Faculty in Sarajevo, Prof. dr. Nedžad Mulabegović and on the basis of which documentation he issued a certificate that Sebija Izetbegović passed all exams at the postgraduate study.

She stayed in this judicial institution for almost an hour, but, according to the information that we have, her service did not have information about Osmica's retirement, because this was obviously hidden from the employees as well.

- February 19th, 2021 - The Court of B&amp;H first instantly acquitted the Director of ISA Osman Mehmedagić of all charges against him, only half an hour after the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H presented its closing arguments (“BH Post Surveillance Cameras” case)
- March 2nd, 2021 - The Court of B&amp;H refused to confirm the new indictment of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H against the Director of ISa Osman Mehmedagić for abuse of office (case "Security Permits 2"). On the day the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H filed this indictment, the President of the Court of B&amp;H, Ranko Debevec, was photographed in the company of Mehmedagić in one building in Sarajevo.

- May 20th, 2021 - The Court of B&amp;H acquitted the second-instance director of ISA Osman Mehmedagić of all charges against him (the case of the “Surveillance Cameras of the BH Post”)

- May 21st, 2021 - The Court of B&amp;H refused to grant permission for police officers to seize documents related to fake diplomas of Osman Mehmedagić (“Diploma” case)
From November 2020 to May 21st, 2021, the Court of B&amp;H passed as many as six decisions in favor of Osman Mehmedagić, a friend of the President of the Court of B&amp;H Ranko Debevec. The Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor filed a disciplinary lawsuit to the HJPC against Debevec for inappropriate contact with Mehmedagić, but the HJPC has not yet ruled on the lawsuit.

Debevec is also burdened by the investigation against him due to his double identity in Spain and the hiding of property in this country, which he never reported to the HJPC. The public in B&amp;H has long suspected that Mehmedagić promised Debevec that he would protect him from criminal and disciplinary prosecution through the SDA in exchange for Debevec "ending up" in the Court of B&amp;H so that all cases against the ISA director end favorably for Mehmedagić.
No one, except SDA cadres, trusts the Court of B&amp;H, which is regularly praised in statements by SDA President Bakir Izetbegović.
The SDA leader goes even a step further and openly praises Ranko Debevec, claiming that evil forces are attacking him. The tapeworm with Ranko Debevec, who no longer has professional credibility and who has degraded the credibility of the Court of B&amp;H with his actions, can only be ended by the HJPC B&amp;H.

Every trial initiated by the Prosecutor's Office of B&H against Osman Mehmedagić experiences a fiasco at the Court of B&H, which leaves room for doubt because Mehmedagić is a friend of the President of the Court of B&H Ranko Debevec
